Money Surveys Research Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Make Money – Money Surveys mobile application (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and what choices you have when using the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

  1. Who Can Use the App

The App is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and may terminate the associated account.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

  • the App;
  • communications with us regarding the App;
  • reward processing, account support, and related services connected to the App.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, survey environments, payment providers, or other services that are not owned or controlled by us, even if they are accessible through the App. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and practices.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:

  • device type, device model, and operating system;
  • IP address;
  • app activity and interaction data;
  • diagnostic and performance information;
  • internal account or user identifiers;
  • approximate location inferred from IP address;
  • advertising identifiers, including IDFA, if you allow tracking where required.
  1. Survey-Related Information

The App provides access to paid surveys offered by independent third-party survey partners.

When you open or complete a survey, we and our partners may process information needed to:

  • match you with available surveys;
  • determine eligibility;
  • verify participation and completion;
  • prevent fraud, duplicate participation, and abuse;
  • confirm eligibility for rewards.

This may include your internal user ID, device and technical information, IP address, survey completion status, reward status, and qualification-related information submitted through survey flows.

  1. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the App;
  • make survey opportunities available;
  • support rewards, bonuses, and withdrawals;
  • verify survey completions and account activity;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, invalid activity, and security incidents;
  • improve app performance, stability, and user experience;
  • communicate with you about your account, support requests, or service updates;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements;
  • enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights, users, and partners.
  1. Surveys and Third-Party Providers

Surveys in the App are offered by independent third-party market research partners.

When you participate in a survey:

  • you may be redirected to a third-party survey environment;
  • third-party partners may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies;
  • certain information may be shared with them to verify completion, prevent fraud, determine eligibility, and attribute rewards correctly.

We carefully select service providers and partners. We require any third party with whom we share personal information on our behalf to provide the same or equal level of protection for such information as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law.

We do not control the content, availability, screening decisions, quota closures, or privacy practices of independent third-party survey providers operating in their own environments.

  1. App Tracking Transparency and IDFA

If required by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, we will ask your permission before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”).

If you do not grant permission:

  • we do not access IDFA for that device;
  • the App may still use non-personalized measurement or contextual content where permitted.

You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device settings.

  1. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the App and provide our services.

We may share information with:

  • survey providers and market research partners;
  • analytics, fraud prevention, and security service providers;
  • payment, rewards, or withdrawal fulfillment partners;
  • hosting, infrastructure, diagnostics, and customer support providers;
  • legal or regulatory authorities when required by law;
  • parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
  1. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the manner described by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).

We have not sold or shared personal information in that manner during the preceding 12 months.

  1. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we may process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:

  • performance of a contract with you;
  • our legitimate interests, including operating the App, preventing fraud, improving the App, and securing our services;
  • compliance with legal obligations;

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes, including to:

  • maintain your account;
  • provide rewards and support;
  • verify transactions and withdrawals;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
  • resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymize it, or retain it only as permitted or required by law.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the App.

You may also contact us at support@moneysurveysresearch.com if you need assistance with account deletion.

Please note that we may retain limited information where necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;
  • document completed transactions;
  • prevent fraud or repeated abuse;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce our agreements.

Deletion of your account with us may not delete information independently retained by third-party survey providers under their own policies.

Privacy Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

The App and our service providers may use SDKs, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • support core app functionality;

  • support analytics, diagnostics, and reward verification.

These tools may collect device and usage information needed for those purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No app, service, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers or partners operate.

Where required by law, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
