  1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Make Money – Money Surveys (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, available at:

If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the App.

  1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  1. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, access, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by applicable law from restricting such activity;
  • use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Money Surveys Research Holdings LLC and its licensors.

  1. What the App Does

The App provides access to paid market research surveys offered by independent third-party survey providers.

Users may earn rewards for eligible survey participation, subject to:

  • successful completion;
  • partner validation;
  • compliance with these Terms;
  • applicable screening, qualification, technical, and fraud-prevention rules.

The App is focused on survey-related earning opportunities. Survey availability may vary by user, location, profile, device, and partner demand.

  1. Third-Party Survey Providers

Surveys available through the App are provided by third parties, which may include:

  • ayeT-Studios
  • CPX Research
  • BitLabs
  • TapResearch
  • TheoremReach

By using the App, you understand and agree that:

  • survey partners control survey availability, eligibility, screen-outs, quotas, and validation;
  • survey partners may apply their own rules, technical checks, and privacy practices;
  • we are not responsible for third-party survey content, screening outcomes, quota closures, partner validation decisions, or technical errors that occur in third-party systems.

If a third-party provider rejects, reverses, or invalidates a survey completion, the related reward may not be credited or may be adjusted.

  1. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account information;
  • keeping your account credentials and device access secure;
  • using only one account unless the App expressly allows otherwise.

You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.

We may take reasonable action to protect the App and users if we detect suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

  1. Rewards, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The App may offer:

  • survey rewards;
  • sign-up bonuses;
  • milestone or promotional bonuses;
  • other promotional credits from time to time.

Rewards and bonuses are subject to verification and may be marked as pending before they are approved.

A payout may be requested only after the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold has been reached. Unless the App clearly states otherwise for a specific reward method or promotion, the minimum withdrawal threshold is USD $30.00.

Rewards, bonuses, and account balances have no cash value unless and until they are approved and successfully withdrawn in accordance with the rules of the App and any applicable partner or payout requirements.

  1. Reward Review and Fair Use

We want rewards to be credited fairly and accurately.

For that reason, we may review, delay, adjust, decline, or reverse rewards or withdrawal requests if:

  • a survey partner reports that a completion was invalid or rejected;
  • duplicate, inconsistent, or false information was used;
  • multiple accounts were used improperly;
  • automated, deceptive, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected;
  • these Terms or partner rules were violated;
  • further verification is reasonably required to protect the App, users, or partners.

Where appropriate, we may request additional review before processing a withdrawal.

  1. No Guarantee of Survey Availability or Earnings

We do not guarantee:

  • that surveys will always be available;
  • that you will qualify for every survey;
  • that any specific reward amount will be offered;
  • that you will earn any minimum amount through the App.

Survey opportunities depend on third-party demand, demographics, screening criteria, location, device factors, completion quality, and successful validation.

  1. Prohibited Activity

To keep the App fair for everyone, you agree not to:

  • create or use multiple accounts improperly;
  • use bots, scripts, automation tools, spoofing, emulators, or similar methods;
  • provide false, misleading, or inconsistent information;
  • interfere with survey systems, partner systems, or reward processes;
  • exploit bugs, technical issues, or vulnerabilities;
  • misuse VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass eligibility rules where doing so violates App or partner rules;
  • violate applicable laws or third-party provider rules.

Violations may lead to suspension, termination, cancellation of withdrawals, or loss of unapproved rewards.

  1. Rewards Are Not Wages

Rewards offered through the App are promotional rewards for eligible participation in survey activities. They are not wages, salary, employment compensation, or guaranteed income.

Your use of the App does not create any employment, agency, contractor, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Money Surveys Research Holdings LLC.

  1. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to rewards or payments you receive through the App.

We do not provide tax advice.

  1. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Money Surveys Research Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App only for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party names and trademarks referenced in the App remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. App Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App from time to time.

We try to keep the App available and functioning well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous survey volume, or error-free operation.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Surveys Research Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount of rewards actually withdrawn by you through the App in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Money Surveys Research Holdings LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:

  • your use or misuse of the App;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
  • your fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
  1. Ending Access to the App

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

  • these Terms are violated;
  • fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected;
  • required by law or partner obligations;
  • necessary to protect the App, our users, or our partners.

If access is ended, pending or unapproved rewards may be canceled where permitted by law and applicable partner requirements.

We want the opportunity to review and try to resolve issues informally and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except where applicable law allows a claim to be brought in small claims court.

Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted to the extent allowed by law.

This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
